Recent “May the 4th” posts made me think of one of the most coveted awards that I have used to recognize stellar achievements of team members and colleagues: The Yoda Awards.
Before remote work took over, I would pass along the Yoda bobblehead to live on the desk of the person who had most recently earned the designation.
I’ve now dusted him off and will re-start the tradition in a digital format!
